NY Times opinion blogger Andrew Revkin called out Obama for shying away from issues of climate change in the State of the Union yesterday, and addressing them by speaking about the economic benefits of clean energy. While this may be the only way to move what is still considered to be a liberal argument forward in a split Congress, what is the state of our climate change policy?
